Our top dressing blend combines silica sand, soil improver, topsoil, slow release fertiliser and vermiculite to create a high-performance all-in-one mix for lawn care. The sand promotes drainage and levelling, which is ideal for clay based soils or uneven lawns. The soil improver and topsoil enrich fertility and provide structure, which helps new grass seed to establish and germinate. The vermiculite ensures moisture retention by absorbing 5x its weight in water and nutrients, slowly releasing them into the lawns rootzone. This is exceptionally beneficial over summer, throughout periods of drought.
